I remember the days of playing underneath furniture.
With six people and only three bedrooms, I always shared a room with someone; a sister, my grandmother, my sister and my grandmother.
There was never enough space in our small houses so under the furniture I went.
Playing under the furniture felt like a whole new world to discover.
My dolls and stuffed animals and I had great adventures under a huge drafting table my parents used to have. I traveled the world and back without ever leaving our family room.
Like mother, like daughter.
